Please note:

1-All fields need to be completed carefully in the certification form.
2-images of all files and photos should be scanned and uploaded in JPG format,72 DPI and size less than 500KB.
3-For applicants of the United states, Canada and the United Kingdom form 12 should also completed and uploaded.
4-The time period for issuing credit approvals for applicants in the above mentioned countries will be up to 1 month and for other countries will be 1 week.

6-The credit approval form will be issued solely to the requesting valid centers/organization and also will send to official email.
